You may have heard about remedial measures - but what are they? How are they useful? This workshop will give you a brief overview of the history of remedial measures to help you get started with practical, hands-on practice in creating your own remedial measures based on your chart. If you would like more information on what remedial measures are, please view this video excerpt from a Webinar given by Tamira McGillivray.

Introduction to Remedial Measures Level II (4 sessions plus course site $197)
Thu, Nov 20 to Dec 11, 2014 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM PST

You should now have a basic understanding of how remedial measures are used and had some practice with them. Now its time to develop your skill at evaluating and analyzing a chart to determine what type of remedial measure would be the most appropriate. If you have not taken Level I, you will need an equivalent level of knowledge. With instructor guidance, each week students will analyze at least two charts to outline potential remedial measures.

Nov. 22: Introduction to Astronumerology presented by Samantha Samuels http://kepler.edu/home/index.php/events/246-free-webinars/551-nov-22-astronumerology http://kepler.edu/home/index.php/events/246-free-webinars/551-nov-22-astronumerology registerSaturday November 22, 2014
1:00-2:30 pm PST / 4:00-5:30 pm EST

Each Astrological sun sign covers a period of one month and has classical characteristics assigned to it. However, we have all noticed some people in our lives, possibly even ourselves, who don’t seem to “fit” the personality of their sign. Have you ever wondered about the reasons for these differences? “My friend Jake is a Leo, but he hates the spotlight. Why isn’t he more attention loving and outgoing?” “Sarah is a Scorpio but she is so friendly and light. I thought that all Scorpios are supposed to be intense and mysterious?” Or maybe you don’t feel typical of your sun sign? “I’m a Gemini but I’m not one for making conversation”. There are many reasons for the variation in personality between sun signs and a major one is Numerology.

There are nine different number archetypes that modify the sun sign by adding its vibration in shaping personality. In this webinar, Samantha will give an overview of what Numerology is and how it plays a significant part in our personality characteristics.  She will then introduce listeners to Astronumerology by discussing how we can use this ancient science in maximizing our potential in everyday life:

  • What is Astronumerology?
  • How does learning about Astronumerology help me gain better self- understanding?
  • How can I use Astronumerology to improve my relationships with family and friends?
  • How can I use Astronumerology in selecting the right lover or spouse for me?
  • How can I use Astronumerology to help me gain fulfillment in my career?
  • How does Astronumerology provide insight into future trends and energies in my life?

Samantha Samuels specializes in psychological and predictive Astronumerology. She has a bachelors degree in psychology and has taken formal courses at the International Academy of Astrology and the American College of Vedic Astrology. She has lectured for organizations such as Astrology Toronto and the State of the Art Astrology Conference in New York. Her articles have been published in Astrology Toronto's Midheaven newsletter and the International Academy of Astrology's newsletter. Samantha organizes the first Astronumerology Meetup in North America where she does seminars that are intended for the general public to learn more about how this ancient knowledge can be used to transform their lives. She regularly appears on radio shows within North America to discuss Astronumerology and give mini-readings answering listener’s questions. For the last 16 years, Samantha has been conducting research into the application of Astronumerology in thousands of charts. She is currently working on a book summarizing her findings, and it will be published in the latter part of 2015. Please visit her website www.astronumerologywisdom.com and YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/Astronumerology for further information about Astronumerology.
