This course provides introduction to the solar system, stars, the interstellar medium, the galaxy, and the universe, as determined from a variety of astronomical observations and models. However, the primary focus will be on solar system astronomy as seen from the perspective of someone looking up into the sky.
This course is required for the Certificate Diploma, but can also be taken as an elective.
