All transcripts, credentials or original documents submitted in support of admission become the property of Kepler and may not be returned or reproduced. Such documents will be held on file for two years, then discarded.
Because of its distance learning format, most communication between instructors, students and administration is through electronic mail or through the discussion forums on the website. The nature of email and discussion forums holds important implications for the principles of privacy, educational freedom and freedom of speech. It is therefore important that all members of the Kepler community be aware of basic protocol and some of the major pitfalls involved
Kepler's Academic Transcripts
The transcripts are the primary records of academic achievement at Kepler College. Maintained by the Registrar, the transcript contains the record of all work done, the credit Equivalencies of that work, the official courses and program descriptions. All transcripts are protected in a fire-safe cabinet in the event of disaster.

Students are entered into their course site no later than the night before classes begin. New students will also be enrolled in an orientation course.
