VanToen DonnaDonna Van Toen is a teaching/consulting astrologer based in Toronto, Canada. She has been a full-time professional since 1976. She is the author of two books --- The Mars Book (revised edition due out in late 2011 from AFA) and The Astrologer's Node Book --- plus numerous articles in a number of publications. She is also book reviewer for NCGR Memberletter. Donna has lectured extensively throughout North America as well as in Australia, New Zealand, and Turkey, and is known for her clarity, common sense, and wit. She holds certifications from NCGR, ISAR, and CAAE.

Donna has been active in AFAN as a Steering Committee member and presiding officer and currently serves as an advisor to both AFAN and NCGR. She has also served two terms on the UAC Board. Additionally, she is founder and convener of SOTA (State of the Art Astrology Conference), an annual international astrology conference currently based in Niagara Falls, NY.
