Gehrz will present the most interesting and mind-expanding concepts that she has uncovered in her studies of the ancient astrological texts. This webinar will not focus on the technical aspects of ancient astrology, but will instead be a celebration of the philosophical and spiritual profundity of these ancient texts. Join Ms. Gehrz as she guides listeners through a visual adventure into these ancient concepts on the magical art-science-language of astrology.

Andrea L. Gehrz is an astrological scholar and practicing astrologer based out of Portland, Oregon. After attending Kepler college, Ms. Gehrz went on to learn ancient Greek and Latin in order to translate the ancient Greek astrological texts. Her first translation entitled An Introduction to the Tetrabiblos won an Independent Book Publishing award in the Philosophy/Classics division in 2011. Her second translation has just been released, Book One of the epic nine book Anthology by Vettius Valens. Her translation efforts now are focused on the eight remaining books in the Anthology by Vettius Valens. Ms. Gehrz also does a great deal of modern astrological research, her current areas of interest being astrological remediation, children's astrology, and the astrology of matchmaking into higher vibrations.
